Q: Does Repair Video Master support all video formats?
A: With the newest edition released, Repair Video Master is capable of repairing AVI, DivX, Xvid, MPEG-4, RM, RMVB, ASF, WMV, WMA and AC3 files.
Q: Should I backup the original file before fix?
A: The fixed file will be saved as a new one, so you won't risk to damage your original file.
For example: if your original file is c:\mymedia\abc.asf, the fixed file will be save as c:\mymdedia\abc_repair.asf.
Q: Can video files that have not completely downloaded be fixed?
A: Yes, Repair Video Master can fix files come from the Internet, even partially downloaded files.
Q: I have a nearly 1GB movie file that I cherish very much, can your software fix it for me?
A: Yes,Repair Video Master support large video file, even larger then 10GB.
Q: I get the message "Can't load wmv engine!", why?
